Local Repairs

Local repairs are accepted within 15 miles of Woodbridge, VA 22191

If you are unsure you can Email directly at Disxdrive@gmail.com with your zip code to confirm if you qualify for local repairs.

For local repairs submit the form below and you will be contacted directly on your preferred contact method shortly.

Pick-up and drop-off will be discussed and arranged once contacted.

Diagnostic fee is $25 for local repairs and will be waived entirely if client accepts repairs. If repairs are declined diagnostic fee will be used to reimburse for travel cost and diagnostic time.
Mail-In Repairs

For Mail-In Repairs

Shipping fees will be paid upon final invoice, unless the repair does not move forward, in which case the diagnostic fee will be used to cover the return shipping and no additional charge will be incurred.

All devices must be shipped by client in a safe and allowed manner.

To simplify the process, all repairs will be submitted at the following form where details will be collected, along with your diagnostic fee.

​Diagnostic Fee $35

$35 is to be paid upfront for all repairs, which will be applied as a credit if repair is accepted. If repair quote is denied by client, the $35 is non-refundable and will be used to cover return shipping and diagnostic time.
